Claus has a long track-record and background within the maritime industry, with his early career being spent at Odense Steel Shipyard as ship outfitter and commissioning engineer, and the past 12 years being spent within the offshore wind industry, employed by CT Offshore, A2Sea, and now NCT Offshore. With his deep technical and practical experience and knowledge, Claus leads our new-building and wider fleet management team.

Tue is a very experienced leader and financial director with keen insights into the offshore renewable space and wider industrial companies. With Financial Director and CFO roles at A2Sea, Würth, and now NCT Offshore, Tue lends his expertise and know-how to the proper financial management of the company.

Frank has spent his entire career in the maritime industry, with specific focus on electrification of the maritime industry, advanced propulsion systems, business development, and various leadership roles within MAN, CT Offshore, Danfoss, and now at NCT Offshore as over-all responsible for the daily operation of the company and our vessels. Frank's strong sense for business and keen technical insight adds a breadth to our senior management team.

Henrik, a marine engineer with more than 12 years of offshore wind experience from his roles at CT Offshore, VBMS Holland, A1 Offshore, and now at NCT Offshore as our Head of Subsea, is overall responsible for the design, construction, implementation, operation and maintenance of all subsea equipment within the NCT Offshore subsea fleet, including the design, assembly, and construction of several subsea vehicles, the latest being the NCT TROV109.

Alexander, with his legal background and 7 years of offshore wind experience working on behalf of both developers such as Ørsted, Northland Power, and Copenhagen Offshore Partners, and now on behalf of NCT Offshore, brings his wide knowledge-base and commercial insights to the table to drive the onwards strategy of the company, and bring value to our clients.
